Deliveries
Where do you deliver?
Australian Pet Nutrition Raw delivers fresh across Darwin, Palmerston, and surrounding NT areas. Delivery is $10, or free on orders over $50. Not sure if you're covered? See our full list of delivery suburbs here.
Do you deliver outside the Northern Territory?
No, unforuntately we do not deliver outside the areas of Darwin, Palmerston and surrounding NT areas.
What day and times do you deliver?
Our raw food orders are delivered on Fridays. Deliveries occur between 9am to 5pm, and you will receive a text when we're on our way.
Do you offer local pickup?
At this stage we're delivery only, with no local pickup available. Delivery is $10, or free on orders over $50.
Do I need to be home for my delivery?
Not necessarily. We recommend having a freezer box or cooler ready so your raw food stays cold until you're home. If you don't have one, you can purchase one of our cooler boxes here.
Alternatively, just let us know a shady, protected spot where we can leave your delivery, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns and refunds policy?
Because Australian Pet Nutrition Raw meals are fresh and perishable, we're not able to accept returns once an order has been delivered, for food safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you have any quality concerns, contact us within 24 hours at customersupport@australianpetnutrition.com.au and we'll make it right.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Raw Feeding Advice
How do I transition to raw feeding?
Gradually, over about 7 days. See our full Feeding and Transition Guide for a day by day plan.
How should I store my pet's meals?
Keep frozen until 24 hours before feeding, then thaw in the fridge. Never thaw at room temperature.
Is raw food safe to handle?
Yes, when handled the way you'd handle any fresh, human grade meat: wash your hands, clean surfaces, and store appropriately.
How much should I feed?
Portion sizes vary by weight, breed, and life stage. See our Feeding Guide for a full breakdown.
What if my pet has allergies or sensitivities?
Our single protein options (like our Kangaroo blend) can be a good starting point for pets with known sensitivities.
If your pet has a diagnosed allergy, check with your vet before switching proteins.
